Lettings Negotiator



The applicant must have the ability to take a lead role within the company and forge ahead with market share penetration. It is essential that candidates are self motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and have a proven track record or relevant sales experience with knowledge of the property sector. A good phone manner, interpersonal skills and diligence are essential.



Key duties



• Responding to telephone and website leads

• Applicant and viewing management

• Conducting viewings with applicants

• Negotiating offers between Landlords and Applicants

• Lettings progression from offer to completion

• Answering general enquiries from Vendors and Applicants

• Managing a seamless and professional move in for tenants

• Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times

• Providing excellent customer service at all times



Location



Canary Wharf office - Mon to Fri 9am-7pm, alternate Saturdays

Wanstead office - Mon to Fri 9am-7pm, alternate Saturdays

Balham office - Mon to Fri 9am-7pm, alternate Saturdays
