Office Co-ordinator



This is the most important role in the office. You will be the first person people come into contact with when they come to our office. You will be the face and voice of our organisation. So it's important your personality reflects ours: friendly, approachable and most importantly professional.


The role is pivotal to the smooth running of the company and encompasses many different duties. Your responsibilities will include management of the office facilities and running the front of office, whilst providing excellent customer service to our clients. Other duties will include assisting all departments with general administration duties such as answering telephone enquiries, filing and postal duties. This role is extremely varied and challenging and it is essential that any interested candidates must possess excellent organisational skills, and be flexible and adaptable in their approach.


You must be presentable, welcoming and competent in Microsoft Office and have previous office management / coordination experience.



Key duties



• Welcoming clients

• Receiving packages and distributing post

• General office administration

• Voicemails and emails distributing

• Diary Management

• Taking debit/ credit card payments

• Face-to-face enquiries handling

• Ensuring that the office meets all health and safety procedures / requirements

• Taking responsibility for stock control and orders

• Manage the key system

• Typing letters

• Maintaining accurate filling system



Location



Canary Wharf office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6pm or 12pm to 8pm

Wanstead office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6pm or 12pm to 8pm

Balham office - Mon- Fri, 9am- 6pm or 12pm to 8pm
