word of mouth. We are extremely customer focused and put their needs first. When we invent and make changes by

That ability to think ahead 3 to 5 year timeframes really is very useful. It allows a willingness to be misunderstood. Many of the inventions that we undertake may be perceived as strange and not be understood at first. If we think we're right then we continue with what we are doing, if we think we are wrong or we are criticized about what we are doing we change it, we fix it. It's important to think about those things but never to buckle to standard pressures that come our way which force short term thinking. It's a huge competitive advantage to be able to think long term and we get to serve customers much better.
