In 2004 we opened a two-person estate agency in Canary Wharf. Today we are one of London’s leading property services companies with 4 offices throughout the capital. We are instructed to sell and let thousands of properties each year.

As we continue our massive expansion programme to reach 25 offices throughout London, we are looking for talented sales individuals to join our dynamic team. Our desire to improve the way our industry operates is the reason why we embrace change and continually challenge tradition. Almost every service we utilise is provided in-house so our diverse range of career options may surprise you.

Is working for Morgan Randall right for you? Here are some of the most frequently asked questions

This depends entirely on your role, genrelly where you are required to take applicants to viewings or are a photographer then yes. The cars we currently have are a Sporty Citron DS3 and you will also be able to claim Fuel expenses. Any of our office based roles will not require a car.
Yes, we are a highly successful company with a continuous expansion plan so are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. To view are current positions visit the 'Current Vacancies’ page.
You will have a contracted basic salary that will differ from role to role dependant on responsibilities. However, where a commission structure is available this will vary according to the different positions and levels within the business. We do have a uncapped commission structure so there is no ceiling on your earnings it’s really down to you and your team.
Each role is individual, some of our roles you will need to have a specific relatable experience and others you will not. Each role we are recruiting for in the Job description section will list any requirements needed.

We honestly want you to be you, it’s important that when you are hired it’s for you being you, and you not trying to be someone else. We need a different person for every role no two people are the same, we need to have a team that balances each other out.
