It is only 15mins to Bond Street and only 7mins to Greenwich O2.HOUSE RULES*Strictly no parties or functions. *Strictly no extra guests to be brought into the apartment without permission. * Noise to be kept down after 11pm.* Please do not speak to the building management or concierge, I can be reached at any time to deal with any issues.*Unauthorised late check-outs will incur a fee of £27 per hour for a maximum of 3 hours. After 2pm the full day rate will be charged and full costs of any other bookings that may be adversely affected.*Guests must provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the booking. *Photographic identification may be requested from all accompanying guests. *The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.*Please note that stag hen and other parties are not permitted. * There is a strict no-smoking policy at the apartment.
